Extended Gu Reducer Ring for Handpans

Designed for handpan makers working with low scales and looking for more control over the Gu and Helmholtz resonance.

A reducing ring that reduces the effective aperture of Gu to 50 mm in diameter. combined with a 7–8 cm extension tube, with a standard effective extension for deeper Helmholtz tuning.

The ring can also be supplied prepared for the extension tube, so the maker can add a tube later and choose the length according to the needs of the instrument.

Materials: Bamboo and Coork.

Suitable for Ember Steel handpans.
